Vintage 1970s/80s Campagnolo Super Record brake caliper cam locking nut upgrade in New Old Stock condition.

Campagnolo cam locking nut for Nuovo Record & Super Record brake calipers.
This is the smallest nut on the brake caliper, holding the quick release cam / cable clamp.
Over the years, these little nuts often get rusty. Any other replacements don't look the part.
